Functional Medicine Health Coaching

I help health conscious individuals who are suffering with chronic illness take control of their health so they can fully engage in their personal and professional lives.

Making simple lifestyle changes can impact how well we live, reducing the risk of and even reversing diabetes (93%), heart attack (81%)s, strokes (50%) and cancers (36%).

Lifestyle change includes more than nutrition/diet and exercise, it also includes social support, stress management, toxin exposure and sleep. Functional Health Report

 

Imagine if you could identify dysfunction before it progresses to a disease state. Or maybe you aren’t feeling well, but you’ve been told your labs are normal. The Functional Health Report provides you with a Functional Body Systems Assessment that includes:

  • Insight into nutritional dysfunction

  • Indication of the levels of dysfunction that exists in various physiological systems in the body

  • Detailed description of the top areas that need the most attention, and where necessary, suggests additional testing for those areas that may require further investigation.

Then together we’ll create a personalized Wellness Plan addressing your results.

Integrative Homeopathy Consultations

Homeopathy was developed more than 200 years ago. At the core of homeopathy is the application of “like treats like” for healing the mind, body and soul. Homeopathy addresses the person as a whole, rather than focusing on a diseased part or a labeled illness. There are many modalities within homeopathy. Homeopathy can be used to address acute and chronic challenges, to include generational ones.

Gemmotherapy Consultations

Gemmotherapy extracts are a form of phytotherapy, created from fresh embryonic tissues (young shoots, root, buds or seeds) of plants. Gemmos can facilitate the detoxification system, aid in tissue regeneration, encourage toxin elimination, and encourage proper functioning of the organs. My training as taught me how to determine if they are needed in micro or full dose and how to support the body’s nervous system as well as addressing specific issues.

Orthomolecular Facial Mapping

Did you know the wrinkles, folds, uneven skin tone, sagging skin and more, that we attribute to “natural signs of aging,” could actually be signs of mineral deficiencies? Me neither! The Goyetche Institute has taught me to identify these deficiencies through the use of facial mapping. The organic formulas I use provide a biochemic form of “essential minerals” in optimal amounts that are required to nourish cells and optimize health — not only on the outside, but also on the inside. On average the formulas are taken for 3 months. The results are beyond amazing!
